The dams on the White and Little Red rivers in Arkansas and Missouri offer outstanding trout fishing opportunities, but taking advantage of those opportunities safely can be tricky. The purpose of the Tailwaters App is to make it a little easier to interpret the dam generation and flow data provided by the Corps of Engineers and the SWPA so that you can more safely wade and boat these tailwater areas. Tailwaters App gathers daily generation predictions as well as hourly real-time generation and flow rates and presents this information in a manner that s much easier to read on your phone. Features: Information on each of the dams for the area tailwaters, including a photo of the dam, a description of the tailwater below it and a phone number that can be called to get real-time flow information. A map showing each of the public access points downstream of each dam. Data tables showing daily predicted and actual generation and flow rates with the ability to view data for past dates (NOTE: Historical data is available from late March, 2014 on) Notifications once generation predictions have been retrieved for the next day.
